China Sunergy will provide 50MW of its multi-crystalline PV modules for projects in Eastern Europe

A Chinese solar firm will supply 50MW in multi-crystalline PV modules to a Bulgarian solar system developer for projects in Eastern Europe later this year. China Sunergy (CSUN) is to distribute solar modules and Romanian V2M will take responsibility for development and ECP contracting for the solar projects in Romania and Macedonia.
“CSUN is determined to further enhance its position in Eastern Europe with strong partners like V2M,” said Stephen Cai, CEO of China Sunergy.

“We are ready to provide our high efficiency PV products and extensive technical and project support to these up and coming markets,” he stated.

China Sunergy already teamed up with V2M on the Orlova Mogila project and provided 2.2 MW of solar modules for the solar park located close to Dobritsch on Bulgaria’s Black Sea coast.

Valeri Yankov, Managing Director of V2M said: “We are delighted by the level of professional support provided by China Sunergy and by the high quality of CSUN photovoltaic modules.

“The modules installed in our Orlova Mogila solar park project are already performing above expectations in the first few days after installation,” he added.
